We work closely with you to set up a non-intrusive and simple process of seeking and providing feedback and is another aspect where we tailor our program to meet the individual needs of your business. Throughout the post placement support window, we have developed a set of questions to gauge how your new employee is tracking and how they assess both their enjoyment and success in the role. We then work with you to unpack that information and put a tailored support plan in place.
Starting a new job can be a daunting experience. You’re in an unfamiliar environment with unfamiliar people and you’re trying to put your best foot forward and stand out. We’re right beside you in your first weeks of employment to make sure that your transition is smooth and to help you in any way that we can.
Our team of specialist employment mentors will work with you throughout those first weeks to provide practical tools, a listening ear and lived experience to help you adapt to the new workplace and find your feet. We are flexible and work with you on times that best suit and are happy to be the listening ear on a lunch break, before a shift or even after hours. Our aim is to be a key element of your support network and we will always come from a place of genuine care.
