Shayne, celebrating his two months employment as a Traffic Controller at Contraflow.
At 46 years old, Shayne had experience in real estate, plumbing and sheet metal work but he struggled for years finding a job matching his qualifications and ended up losing his motivation.
During our program, Shayne was really engaged, reliable and participative. He is now celebrating his two months employment and has recently been promoted to Crew Leader!
